Unable to paste to tra-ser export bridge clipbord/orange warning text on export bridge

Issue

When opening the export bridge instead of seeing the green text stating that the connection is live, you see orange warning text stating: "Warning: Link App HWND is not set. If your estimating application is waiting for a response, you should request the TRA-SER Link Export again from within your estimating application. Otherwise, proceed to TRA-SER SX, select items, and click Link Export." Also copied items from the tra-ser website fail to copy to the link export clipboard.

Solution

1. Right-click on the tra-ser export bridge mini-icon on your taskbar 2. Click Restore. 3. Uncheck the "Start in system tray" option. 4. Close the export bridge and reopen from within Intellibid.
