When clicking on the Help button in IntelliBid nothing happens

Issue

When clicking on the Help button in IntelliBid, nothing happens and the Help window does not come up.

Solution

Likely cause is the help file is not linked or seen by Madcap Help. Madcap Help is a program most ConEst .net products use to access help files. To correct, attach the help file to the madcap program.

Open Madcap Help Viewer Ver. 6.

You can find it from the start button and type Madcap or browse to it with Programs - MadCap Help. Once Madcap help is open, select the file menu, select Open.

Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ConEst Software\IntelliBid\Help click on IntelliBid.mchelp

The IntelliBid help will open. Close MadCap and IntelliBid then reopen IntelliBid. Click on the help icon and it should open the help files successfully.
