Can't export reports to Office 2016 Excel or Word

Issue

When trying to "Export a report to Application" in Intellibid (Reported in V7.2.039) Before the Word or Excel document opens a "There is not enough available memory or disc space .... " error pops up when it tries to open.

 

Solution

I found online that Office 2016 Products now have a feature that you have to go in and turn off in order for this error to go away. Just go into Excel and Word "Options" \ Trust Center \ "Settings" and Un-tick all the options about "Protected View". Save the changes and voila, suddenly you will be able to export a report to Excel and Word with no error.
