Tra-Ser Link Export Issues with Google Chrome

Issue

**IMPORTANT NOTE; YOU MUST OPEN THE TRA-SER WEBSITE FROM WITH IN INTELLIBID** If a user has Google Chrome as their default browser and use the Tra-Ser link export option in Tra-Ser Chrome will ask if the user wants to always open these types of files, if you select this then the copy and paste works ok but after awhile Chrome will start prompting the user to save the file first. He/she will no longer have the open to open the file.

Solution

This is a chrome issue; go into the download folder or whichever folder the user has set and delete all the Tra-Ser link export files; close Chrome and try it again and you should get prompted to select the 'always open these types of files' in Chrome. The user will need to be advised that he/she should clear out these files once in a while
