Error when trying to run an IntelliBid report: Cannot find the QE property

Issue

While in IntelliBid if a user tries to run a report they receive the error below: Exception Source: rptcontrollers.dll Exception Type: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException Exception Message: Cannot find the QE property. Not implemented. Error in File Bid Brief {CD51A9FA-464E-45E5-B43E-DF891E2C9FDF}.rpt: Operation not yet implemented. Exception Target Site: GetPage

Solution

A computer reboot is required.  After the computer report try the reports again; they should work.
