Some assembly comments not appearing in Quote Request report.

The most common cause for commented out assemblies not appearing on the quote request report for your quote in bid recap is that the Subtotal does not match the category of your phases.

To resolve:

1. Go to Takeoff.

2. Collapse your assemblies

3. Scroll over so you can see the "subtotals" column

4. Scroll down and change any of the missing comments' subtotals to what they need to be.

5. Re-run the report.

Also, failing that, ensure that the phase containing the assemblies in question is selected in the bid.
