Issue
A customer tries to generate a report in IntelliBid and it just hangs; looks like it's about to appear and then just hangs again
Solution
Check the SQL Server Configuration Manager for any stale aliases; we removed the alias and tried it again and it worked.Launch the the SQL Configuration Manager
Expand the SQL Native Client Configuration
Go to Aliases
If there is anything listed in here; delete it or make sure the IP Address; Alias name and port are correct
