Method failed with unexpected error code 50

Issue

When launching IntelliBid or trying to update the connection in Admin utility may result in the following error: Method failed with unexpected error code 50. Action failed. Close application and try it again

Found that this has to do with the user's profile either A.) corrupt or B.) they utilize a roaming profile that is on the network and the user's machine is not connected to the network

Solution

Create a temporary local account on the users machine and advised the user to have their IT department/vendor fix the roaming profile connectivity
