Inetsrv error when users go into Bid Recap

Issue

When users click into the Bid Recap window you may receive the following error When I click on bid summary I get this: System.Web.Configuration.ProcessHostConfigUtils+NativeConfigWrapper Unable to initialize the native configuration support external to the web worker process (HRESULT=0x80040154). nativerd.dll must be in %windir%\system32\inetsrv. This is a client/local machine issue and is introduced by a .NetFramework windows update

Solution

Launch Control Panel

Go to programs and features

Go to turn windows features on or off

Expand the >NETFramework 4.8 Advanced Services

Expand the WCF services

Select/check HTTP activation

click ok

After the changes have been applied restart Intellibid and go back into Bid Recap; should be all set.
