Sometimes the database can become fragmented and a reorganization of indexes is required.
This could run for a few hours so its best to kick off at the end of the day on a Friday.

You must know your SA password. If you do not have this you can email support@conest.com or call us at 603-437-9353 ext 2
Below are the steps to defrag your database
1.) Launch the Admin Utility from the start menu
2.) Backup your database via the backup database menu
3.) Go to defragment indexes; enter your SA password
a.) The database will run an analysis first
b.) Once the analysis is done click on defragment
