Phases have disappeared

When working in Takeoff you notice that your phase tree has changed an phases have disappeared.

Go to Takeoff > Phase Tree/Job Spec

At the top click on the Set filter button

Change it to All and Bid Type of Both

Phases should reappear in your phase tree
